Here she shares her wealth of knowledge stemmed from research and creating cult favourites such as glow drops
Treat your body well
If there is one thing you can do for your body and skin, it’s get plenty of sleep and consume an anti-inflammatory diet. Tomatoes, almonds, walnuts, green leafy vegetables and fatty fish are great for you. Of course, you have to use a skincare regimen that isn’t damaging to the skin too.
Avoid lasers, acid peels, and certain ingredients in skincare
Try to stay away from lasers, acid peels and skin products that have mineral oils and alcohol, as it dehydrates skin and clogs your pores. Fragrances also cause irritation to the skin. If you are using Vitamin C, make sure it isn’t over 5% as this can damage your skin.
Create the perfect skincare regime
The perfect routine includes a great cleanser, hyaluronic acid serum, and cream. If you’re going into the sun, add a sunscreen like my Sun Drops. Four to five products are enough.
