Makeup mogul, Kat Von D has set social media alight with the news that she is launching her first new mascara in 5 years.
The Go Big or Go Home Mascara is made with a plant-based blend of waxes from olive and sunflower oils. It’s wavy-fiber bristle brush ensures extremely voluminous and long-lasting lashes too.
“I promise you, this long-awaited formula will be your new fave mascara of all time!” said Kat on her social media yesterday.
The ‘eyes’ of the new mascara belong to Jackie Cruz, the actress who plays Marisol “Flaca” Gonzales in the hugely popular Netflix series, Orange Is the New Black.
Kat might have chosen Jackie because her character is never seen without her signature heavy eyeliner and lashings of mascara. The show’s makeup artists use Kat Von D’s Tattoo Liner to create her look too.
