The new Loose Highlighter by Anastasia Beverly Hills is a high pigment highlighter powder containing super reflective, iridescent pearls that deliver an intensely shimmering finish. Easy-to-blend with a velvety texture, like a loose powder version of their Glow Kits, they allow for buildable coverage, so you can shine as much as your heart desires.
The ABH Loose Highlighter can be used both wet or dry and comes in 3 gorgeous tones pictured below; Sunset Aura (Rose Gold), Snowflake (Silver) and So Hollywood (Gold).
