L’Oreal Ambassador and Creative Director at Pastels Salon, Natalie Kasses, shares a boho look to suit every face

“In my role as L’Oreal Ambassador, I travel a lot with work and so the Bohemian Collection came from the diverse street style I have observed during my travels in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. This fun, collection is a commercial take on some of the most happening trends that initially emanated from the major Fashion Weeks over the past two seasons, but which were cleverly translated into wearable trends by savvy street-stylers,” says Natalie Kasses, Creative Director of Pastels Salon.

THE CLASSIC BOB

This style is given an instant contemporary update with a peach-blonde hue, mirroring Pantone’s colour of the year, coral. The sharp blunt ends on one side are softened with a side-swept parting that is gently layered at the ends.

MID-LENGTH STYLE

This boho look is incredibly easy to wear. A world away from the coiffed, overly-groomed styles of the past, with its free-flowing waves and terrific movement this effortless, fuss-free style screams French girl chic.

AFRO-INSPIRED STYLE

Unkempt but not untidy, this untamed afro-inspired style has added interest with the subtle splashes of violet.

NATURAL LENGTH

The love of natural hair is channelled through the soft blonde colour, which is upgraded with a few deftly-placed highlites to add dimension. Beach hair continues to be a huge trend this season, but adding the flicked fringe to our take on mermaid waves, ensures a nod to the 70s.
